I help millennials, and new & expecting moms just like you figure out exactly how to take care of themselves in the present so you can then focus on what’s going to fulfill you in the future. As a millennial & recovering perfectionist, I understand what it’s like to prioritize productivity over self-care and be driven by anxiety, self-doubt, and a fear of failure.
